Melissa believes in the power of a diverse network and takes a collaborative approach towards problem solving. As an successful recruiter with over 15 years of experience, she loves to assist in making creative ideas come to life. Her hands-on approach makes her well suited to small to medium sized businesses where she can offer assistance in a variety of ways as the organization grows and matures. Melissa has an entrepreneurial spirit and has also proven herself invaluable to the start-up community with her project management and organizational expertise.

As an active volunteer in the community, she dedicates a significant amount of time to assisting those in need both in her personal and professional network including extensive work with organizations including UNICEF Canada, Immigrant Services Calgary, and a variety of Canadian animal welfare organizations. Educated at the University of Calgary, Melissa has a Bachelor of Kinesiology with a major in Business as well as an Executive Leadership Certificate from Cornell University (eCornell).
